Which one is worse for your hair? I heard Japanese is horrible because they use honey and all your hair falls out.

My sister got a Japanese hair Straightening and her hair is perfectly fine, but I have never heard of Brazilian hair Straightening. Sorry. But my sister's hair is really straight and shiny now.
